Developer & QA engineer with a passion for detail

I'm a freelance web developer and QA engineer with over 7 years of experience in software testing – both manual and automated. I currently work as a QA automation engineer at Komerční banka. Alongside that, I help businesses and entrepreneurs build a solid online presence with Next.js, React and TypeScript.

For web development I primarily work with Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. For the backend I use Node.js and PostgreSQL or Supabase. For QA I cover both manual testing (exploratory, test scenarios, regression) and automation with Playwright (E2E) and Postman (API). The choice of technology always depends on the specific needs of the project.

Yes. With over 7 years of QA experience – covering both manual and automated testing – I can handle both. I write test scenarios, perform exploratory testing and set up an automated pipeline with Playwright (E2E) and Postman (API). The result is solid coverage that catches regressions before they reach production.

Yes, I can arrange full deployment on a selected hosting provider (Vercel, VPS) and help with domain registration. For Next.js projects I recommend Vercel – it's fast, reliable and cost-effective.

Yes, for most projects I implement a CMS system (Sanity, Contentful or a custom solution) where you can easily update texts, images and other content without any coding knowledge.

I typically invoice a 50% deposit before starting work and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the finished website. Milestone-based payments can be arranged for larger projects.

Every project includes a period of free support (see pricing). After the warranty period I can provide website maintenance as a monthly retainer or invoice at an hourly rate.
